Shipping and Delivery Policy

The Artisan Gift Co. offers affordable shipping throughout Australia, as well as international delivery to selected destinations worldwide.

Shipping Within Australia

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for orders delivered within Australia.

Free standard shipping is available on non-framed orders over $80. Framed products and other oversized items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

Australian orders are delivered using Australia Post or one of our partnered courier services. Some couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, so we may contact you to request a residential or business street address.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, parcel size and weight.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other charges applied by the destination country.

Order Processing and Dispatch Times

Most orders are produced and dispatched within approximately 2–7 business days.

Personalised and customised products may take longer if multiple design amendments or customer approvals are required. Production times may also be extended during busy periods.

Delivery Instructions and Authority to Leave

If you do not want your parcel left unattended, please select “No” for authority to leave during checkout.

If you provide authority to leave, the courier may leave the parcel in a location they consider safe. Once tracking confirms that the parcel has been delivered in accordance with your instructions, The Artisan Gift Co. is not responsible for loss or theft occurring after delivery, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Signature on Delivery

If signature on delivery is selected and no one is available to accept the parcel, the carrier may take it to a nearby post office, collection point or depot.

Collection instructions will usually be provided through the tracking information or by the carrier directly.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery dates can be viewed through the carrier’s tracking website. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Incorrect Addresses, Unclaimed Parcels and Redelivery

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

Additional postage or redelivery fees may apply where a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel or an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

Any applicable redelivery charges must be paid before the order is sent again.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, peak shopping periods, severe weather, customs processing, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Rate Changes

Shipping rates may be updated from time to time. The shipping fee displayed and accepted at checkout will apply to your order.
