Shipping policy

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $8.99 for all orders within Australia. Non framed orders over $120 are sent with FREE shipping. We provide standard delivery via our partnered courier or with Australia Post. In some cases we are unable deliver to PO Boxes and will require a street address.

Yes! We deliver internationally! Postage rate is calculated at checkout based on where you are in the world!

Dispatch & Delivery
Production of your order will take approximately 2-7 business days. Delays may occur with customised designs in the event of a high number of amendments during the drafting process. If you require a print sooner than this please select Rush Order during the checkout process.

If you do not wish your item to be left at the delivery location by the courier, please indicate 'no' on the check out page. If you choose to give us authority to leave your item, no responsibility can be taken by The Artisan Gift Co if an item is lost or stolen.

If you select to sign for your delivery but are not available to do so on the delivery day, your item will be taken to their nearest depot for you to collect at a time convenient to you - we will provide tracking information when your order is dispatched,

If a re-delivery is requested, charges will apply. Please contact us for information on re-delivery fees.
