What kind of stock is used for the prints

We use a premium 250gsm smooth cardstock for all of our hand made prints. Vow Prints are printed on a high quality 300gsm cardstock.

Do you provide frames with the print?

We offer our unique hanger frames that you can purchase for some of the print sizes. We also have black or white framing up to A3 size for some of our prints with perspex fronts, please contact us if you would like to add a frame to your order and you cannot see it in the purchasing options.

Do you offer wholesale to retail stores?

Your Print

• Black areas professionally laser printed on a smooth 250gsm premium quality cardstock and then hand foiled (where you order has foil).
• Size displays the FINAL print/poster size. The frame you select will need to accommodate for this size PRINT.
• 'Feature design' (which is normally the single letter or image accents) available in black, gold, rose gold, silver blue or red foil (except for postcards/greeting cards). Please select your desired colour on product page.
• Your print will be packaged in a protective plastic sleeve and shipped in a tough envelope or tube to ensure your print gets to you safely. Our prints are never sent out folded.
• Please note, due to the delicate nature of the foil, very slight imperfections may occur on the print.

Frames

• If you select a frame with your order please note that these are wooden frames with a perspex front. They are not glass. As 90% of our orders are mailed, glass has a very bad track record of breakage!

Dispatch & Delivery

Production and delivery of your order will take 2-7 business days. Delays may occur with customised designs in the event of a high number of amendments during the drafting process.

What does The Artisan Gift Co. provide?

We specialise in hand made foil prints using high quality foil leaf, personalised cushions, posters, greeting cards, journals and more! We offer you fully customised artwork, colours and sizing. We have a wide range of Greek, Italian and English items that you can give as special and meaningful gifts to your friends and family!

How long do orders take to make and dispatch?

For customised orders we need 2-4 business days to email you the draft of your print. For Custom Name prints we take great care in researching the name and wording it beautifully but if you would like any changes then we will do so until you're happy with the final draft. Once the draft has been approved by you via email, another 1-3 business days are needed to create your print and dispatch.

If you need your print urgently please select the Express Post service.

Pre designed prints need 2-5 business days to dispatch due to the hand made nature and care taken in foiling the artwork.

What are your shipping and postage prices within Australia?

We offer a flat rate of $7.99 postage for orders within Australia. You can also choose an Express Shipping option for just $12.99. We use Australia Post for all of our orders. All orders come with tracking numbers. Free Shipping is granted for all non framed orders (A3 framed prints and larger are charged at a higher rate) within Australia over $120.

Do you post to international destinations?

Yes! We post our products to overseas customers and we can post to any location in the world. Postage rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location.

I don't know which size to order, what is your suggestion?

Most of our foil prints come in 5 size options (5x7", A5, 8x10", A4, 11x14" and A3).

• 5x7" & A5 Prints are great when you would like to buy yourself or gift a keepsake intended for a small room or a small area on a shelf.
• 8x10" & A4 Prints are the most popular choice as a keepsake gift as they're perfect to place in a frame on a shelf, buffet or a sideboard. They're just the right size to stand out but not overpower a shelf and the items around it.
• 11x14", A3, A2 & A1 Prints are suitable for higher featuring and for those who would like to hang the frame on a wall as it tends to fit better in this type of space. It becomes a statement piece in the room and will stand out when you walk past it.
