What does The Artisan Gift Co provide?
We specialise in hand made foil prints using high quality foil leaf, personalised cushions, posters and more! We offer you fully customised artwork, colours and sizing.
How long do orders take to make and dispatch?
For customised orders we need 2-5 business days to email you the draft of your print. We take great care in researching the name and wording it beautifully but if you would like any changes then we will do so until you're happy with the final draft. Once the draft has been approved by you via email, another 1-3 business days are needed to create your print and dispatch.
If you need your print urgently you can skip the queue and choose 'Rush Order' at checkout and we can have the first draft to you in 24 hours. Then we need one more business day for the printing and/or hand foiling and we pop it in the mail with the express post service. You can also choose 'Rush Order' for framed items A3 size or larger, however if you select the Express Postage option for the framed orders, it incurs an additional fee that you will see at your checkout options.
Pre designed prints need 2-5 business days to dispatch due to the hand made nature and care taken in foiling the artwork. Select 'Rush Order' at checkout and we will dispatch in 24 hours.
What are your shipping and postage prices within Australia?
We offer a flat rate of $4.99 postage for orders within Australia. You can also choose an Express Shipping option for just $9.99. For orders that include framing of A3 size and larger, we offer a low Bulky Postage rate of just $19.99 or $29.99 for Bulky Express within Australia. We use a selection of couriers but mainly Australia Post and Aramex (formerly Fastway) Australia. All orders come with tracking numbers. Free Shipping is granted for all non framed orders within Australia over $80.
Do you post to international destinations?
Yes! We post our products to overseas customers and we can post to any location in the world. Postage rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location.
I don't know which size to order, what is your suggestion?
Most of our foil prints come in 4 size options (5x7", A5, A4 and A3).
5x7" & A5 Prints are great when you would like to buy yourself or gift a keepsake intended for a small room or a small area on a shelf.
8x10" & A4 Prints are the most popular choice as a keepsake gift as they're perfect to place in a frame on a shelf, buffet or a sideboard. They're just the right size to stand out but not overpower a shelf and the items around it.
11x14", A3, A2 & A1 Prints are suitable for higher featuring and for those who would like to hang the frame on a wall as it tends to fit better in this type of space. It becomes a statement piece in the room and will stand out when you walk past it.
What kind of stock is used for the prints
We use a premium 250gsm smooth cardstock for all of our hand made prints. Vow Prints are printed on a high quality 300gsm cardstock.
Do you provide frames with the print?
We offer our unique hanger frames that you can purchase for some of the print sizes. We also have black or white framing options for some of our prints with perspex fronts, please contact us if you would like to add a frame to your order and you cannot see it in the purchasing options.
Do you offer wholesale to retail stores?
